Solid teak wood stained in a deep, rich mahogany red. Polychromed red accents, plus gilt trimming.

Intricately carved wood decorative parapet at the top of the cabinet, fully detachable.

Three shelves on the top cabinet, with beveled glass panel doors.

Two front drawers below the writing surface, with original hardware.

The writing surface slides out to reveal a secret compartment with three small drawers.

Generally good condition, consistent with age and use. No structural issues.
