2)  Click the “Complete your order” link in the email to accept the shipping quote and add it to your order total. You can also go directly to your cart and click “refresh” to retrieve the shipping quote.

3) Once you see the shipping quote added to your total,  where you can scroll down, enter your payment information, an alternative shipping address if desired, and complete the purchase.
