Return Policy
• A return for this item may be initiated within 3 business days of delivery.*
• A restocking fee of 20% of the item price applies.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.
Items returned must be in the same condition as the day of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, plus a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price, which will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
* Items must be returned in the condition received. Any international customs duties and taxes will not be refunded, and returns of customized or made-to-order items are at the seller’s discretion. Return shipping costs are not subsidized and may be higher than the original shipping cost.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. In the unlikely event the item in your order is significantly not as described or has been damaged in transit, please take the following steps:
• Send us a mail at INFO@VICENTEWOLFHOME.COM within 3 business days of delivery to initiate the return.
• Please keep all packaging materials or take photos before they are discarded. If the item has arrived broken, please send pictures of the damaged item and the packaging.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items ARE SOLD “AS IS” and cannot be refunded. ALL MARKED DOWN sales are final, unless the item has been severely damaged DURING transit.
Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
