White Marble Vessel, 23″ Flute

A white marble vase, hand-carved in India, circa 1960. 23 inches tall, approximately 12 inches diameter. Fluted neck. Clean, simple, elegant lines. The vase is composed of three separate parts: The round base, which can be used for wide floral arrangements; the neck base, with a stylized carving which accommodates the third part, a long fluted neck measuring 3.75 inches in diameter at the top. The neck base has a small loss, which does not affect the stability or the integrity of the vase. Superb vintage condition.
