A bronze vase, hand-crafted in Japan. Late 19th Century, Showa period.
The finish is Murashido, a centuries-old technique that consists in quenching the cast brass in hot oil and smoke it with rice straw, which gives the vase that beautiful patina. Dimensions: 3″ Diameter x 8″ High.
Signed at the bottom. Includes period wooden box.
