Marble Server / Platter, 24″

A superb marble charger / server / plate, hand-carved in India, late 1960s. White marble, polished and smoothed for a beautiful shiny appearance. 24 inches in diameter, 1/2 inch thick. Solid stone. A small crack in one of one of the outer rim decorations is visible and appears repaired on an unknown date. However, it does not compromise the stability or integrity of the piece, which retains a very good vintage condition overall.
